For several years now, I have been regularly traveling to this place in South Goa – where Ayurveda is lived in the depth of its roots. I have already undergone several Panchakarma treatments there and am deeply convinced of their profound and lasting effects.
Out of this personal experience, I am now offering this retreat: an opportunity to deeply regenerate, slow down, and draw new strength in an authentic atmosphere.

Experience the
healing and trans-formative power of Yoga & Ayurveda
close to their roots.
The heart of the retreat is the 14-day Panchakarma treatment – a traditional Ayurvedic detox that deeply cleanses the body and strengthens the system in a lasting way. The treatments are individually tailored and carried out by an experienced team that practices Ayurveda in a long-standing family tradition spanning generations.
The retreat takes place in a small, intimate group – a safe and supportive setting that allows for real connection, personalized guidance, and a deep, transformative experience.
I will accompany you throughout the entire process with two daily yoga sessions, meditation, and Yoga Nidra. The focus is on supportive practices that help you let go, find inner calm, and strengthen both body and mind during the natural detox and regeneration process.
Of course, I’ll be there for you at all times with guidance and support – in German or English.
The retreat center itself is just a few steps away from one of Goa’s most beautiful beaches – the perfect place to unwind in the vastness of the ocean and enjoy the most stunning sunsets in the evenings.
You’ll be staying in a simple yet comfortable hut with a private bathroom and will be nourished daily with freshly prepared, traditionally South Indian Ayurvedic meals – wholesome, soothing, and supportive of the cleansing process.

What is an
Ayurvedic Cleanse?
An Ayurvedic retreat is a holistic time-out for body and mind. It combines individually tailored treatments, healthy nutrition, yoga, meditation, and herbal medicine to relieve the body, strengthen the immune system, and restore inner balance. The goal is to gain new energy, find inner peace, and sustainably enhance overall well-being.
What is Panchakarma?
Panchakarma is the most profound form of Ayurvedic detox. Over the course of several days, special treatments, massages, a tailored diet, and plenty of rest help to cleanse the body and renew it from within. The treatment is revitalizing, clarifying, and rejuvenating – laying the foundation for long-term health, lightness, and inner clarity.
