PROCESSING Stress
is nOT THE SAME
AS PROCESSING
THE THINGS THAT CREATE stress.
Burnout rarely develops from stress alone. It is not simply the number of tasks or the feeling of “never being able to switch off” that causes it — much more often, deeper and highly individual factors play a decisive role.
Experts say that up to 90% of stress arises from within ourselves. Relaxation techniques, meditation, and breathing exercises can certainly ease symptoms in the short term, but they do not address the root causes.
This does not mean that you are to blame for your stress. Rather, it means that you have the power to take responsibility for your situation and initiate meaningful change. I would love to support you in this process — developing individual strategies together and filling your personal toolbox with methods and practices that help you manage stress sustainably.

GROUP COACHING
Beyond Burnout

FINDING NEW STRENGHTS – TOGETHER.
3-month online group coaching programm.
Pre-registration for the next group is open.
Sleeplessness, constant spirals of thought, the feeling of never truly being able to rest — this is often what stress feels like. When your body and mind are permanently set to “just get through it,” at some point there is nothing left for yourself.
But it doesn’t have to stay that way.
In the Beyond Burnout Collective, we take a closer look:
What lies beneath the constant overwhelm?
Which patterns keep you stuck in this cycle?
Where are the energy leaks in your life?
In our 3-month group coaching program, we work together to develop sustainable strategies to address stress on every level, reduce your overall stress load, and bring your nervous system back into balance. Supported by a like-minded community, you’ll find your way toward greater balance, clarity, and lightness.
How is works:
Your membership in the Beyond Burnout Collective gives you access to one weekly group coaching session over the course of three months.
In addition, there is a WhatsApp group for mutual exchange and the opportunity to ask questions at any time. If desired, the membership can also be combined with additional one-on-one sessions at a reduced rate.
After your 1:1 intro call, your group sessions begin. Each session focuses on a specific stress-related topic and is combined with the practice of effective relaxation techniques.
Can’t make it every time? No problem. A recording of each session will, of course, be made available to you afterward.
