wHAT WE TAKE IN THROUGH
OUR SENSES.
Our senses are gateways to the world — but also to ourselves. Everything we take in through them, whether sounds, impressions, words, or food, affects our nervous system and overall well-being. Depending on our individual constitution, we may be able to digest these impressions well — or not so well.
For this reason, it is essential to take in things that strengthen our essence (sara) while also enhancing our capacity to process and transform what we experience (agni), allowing us to move toward a state of balance (sattva).
When we fall out of balance, this often shows up in two extremes: restlessness and overstimulation (rajas), which over time can lead to complete exhaustion and inner emptiness (tamas).
As a holistic system, yoga helps us recognize our own limits and regulate the nervous system. Ayurveda, with its four pillars of health, supports us in identifying the root causes of imbalance and resolving them sustainably.

This retreat offers practical tools to enhance feminine quality of life, combined with a peaceful countryside getaway where you can unwind and nourish yourself with delicious organic Ayurvedic cuisine in the beautiful Schorfheide region of Brandenburg.
According to Ayurveda — the ancient holistic Indian system of medicine (translated as “the knowledge of life”) — health is based on four pillars: lifestyle (vihara), nutrition (ahara), sleep (nidra), and energy management (brahmacharya).
In our various Ayurveda workshops and yoga sessions, we explore these four pillars through the lens of female hormonal health, enabling each participant to build her own personal foundation for women’s health and adapt it to her individual needs.
Optional Ayurvedic consultations or private sessions can be booked at an additional cost.

Retreat in Goa, India
14 DAYS PANCHAKARMA: 25.10. – 07.11.2026
EXTENDABLE TO 21 DAYS: 25.10. – 14.11.2026
For several years now, I have been traveling regularly to South Goa — a place where Ayurveda is not practiced as a concept, but lived as a healing art passed down through generations. In this environment, I have personally undergone several intensive Panchakarma treatments and experienced their profound and lasting effects on body, mind, and nervous system.
This retreat was born from that personal experience: an invitation to encounter Ayurveda close to its source — in an authentic setting that allows for slowing down, deep regeneration, and true transformation. At its heart is a classical 14-day Panchakarma program, individually tailored and guided by an experienced Ayurvedic team for whom this work is part of a long-standing family tradition.
The cleansing and healing process is complemented by a carefully attuned yoga practice, meditation, and Yoga Nidra, supporting you in letting go, settling into stillness, and deepening your body’s natural regenerative capacity. Surrounded by the vastness of the ocean, aligned with the rhythm of nature, and held within a protected and intimate space, room emerges for new clarity, inner balance, and sustainable renewal.

YOGA & AYURVEDA IN ITS ORIGINAL FORM –
WITH AYURVEDA THERAPISTS FROM INDIA.
Four 10-Day Retreats at the Algarve:
18.06. – 29.06.2026
01.07. – 12.07.2026
13.07. – 24.07.2026
25.07. – 05.08.2026
In our retreats, Ayurveda is experienced in its traditional form — guided by Indian Ayurvedic therapists for whom this knowledge has been a lived practice for generations. Within a mindful and personal setting, authentic treatments blend with yoga, breathwork, and conscious rest to create a holistic process of regeneration.
At the heart of each 10-day retreat are 90 minutes of individually tailored Ayurvedic treatments each day. Classical therapies such as Abhyanga, Pinda Sweda, and Shirodhara are carried out according to the principles of traditional Ayurvedic teachings and are carefully refined throughout the days to support each person’s unique process.
The retreat location is nestled in the vast mountain landscape of the Algarve — a quiet and powerful place overlooking open countryside. Surrounded by nature, light, and stillness, an atmosphere emerges that supports slowing down, retreat, and deep regeneration. A regenerative yoga practice, including breathwork, meditation, and conscious periods of rest, complements the therapeutic process, fostering integration, stability, and sustainable renewal.
