This retreat combines in-depth knowledge about stress and the nervous system with yoga, breathwork and coaching – embedded in a soothing break in tranquil nature.
Away from everyday life, you have space to relax, gain new perspectives and sustainably regulate your nervous system.

Understanding stress
regulate the nervous system
Stress is not just a mental phenomenon – it affects us simultaneously on a physical, emotional, and mental level, significantly shaping our nervous system. In this retreat, you will learn what stress truly is, how it arises, and why our bodies often remain in a state of constant alert.
Through a combination of targeted yoga sequences (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation (dhyana) and yoga nidra, we consciously create access to the parasympathetic nervous system – the part responsible for regeneration, healing and inner security.
In addition, we work with coaching exercises that help you to make your own inner convictions, patterns, and beliefs visible . Often, the real source of stress lies not in external circumstances, but in unconscious inner drivers. The goal is to recognize these, question them, and develop new, stress-reducing perspectives.
This gradually creates an individual understanding of how you can better regulate your nervous system in everyday life – physically, mentally and emotionally – and what you specifically need to get out of stress mode in the long term.

Accommodation &
Catering
Simply “being” is part of the holistic concept at Naturhaus Schorfheide. This includes a natural environment in the sense of healthy living, healthy movement, and wholesome, natural food.
Getting there is easy: From Berlin, you can take a direct train to the village and reach Naturhaus Schorfheide within just a 7-minute walk.
The rooms are designed as charming small farmhouse chambers. Each room has its own character and, through its simplicity and minimalism, invites you to unwind. In total, there are three and a half shared bathrooms, two atmospheric lounges, and a wood-fired sauna.
The yoga/seminar room is a light-filled space with 6-meter-high ceilings and the heart of the house. The outdoor terrace also offers the possibility to move yoga sessions and workshops outside.
FOOD
The kitchen aims for balance and harmony: connection between the ingredients themselves and connection with the earth; a balance between tradition and innovation, health and enjoyment. Seasonal, as local as possible, deeply nourishing, and prepared with joy.
SURROUNDINGS
The Schorfheide region impresses with its vast landscapes and breathtaking sunsets. On three sides of the village, the forest begins immediately, inviting you for walks. Schorfheide is part of the UNESCO-protected Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve and is the second-largest contiguous forest area in Germany.
GETTING THERE
The small village of Klandorf is located directly on the Karow–Groß Schönebeck railway line. Klandorf is the second-to-last stop. If you accidentally travel to the final stop, no problem — the train returns toward Berlin within a few minutes. On Fridays at 14:27 or 15:27, a train departs from S-Karow, arriving at Klandorf station at 15:04 or 16:04. On Sundays at 15:15, there is a direct train connection back to Berlin.
By car, the journey from Berlin takes about one hour.
