Gabriele

Gabriele has been a practicing yoga teacher since 2013 and trained in Berlin with Nivata / Katharina Middendorf. Through regular and extended stays at the Bihar School of Yoga in Munger, India, she has deepened her understanding of Satyananda Yoga (integral yoga) for many years.

In her work, she combines asana practice, pranayama, yoga nidra, and meditation to harmonize body, mind, and emotions. With mindful, clearly guided exercises, she creates a space where subtle perception is cultivated, inner peace can be experienced, and health is sustainably supported on all levels.

Julia

Julia has been a certified yoga teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Tantra, and yoga therapy since 2018. In her work with private clients and at international retreats, she guides people on a gentle journey to their inner selves.

Through a combination of yoga, Ayurveda, somatic meditation and systemic constellation work, she creates space to recognize and transform old traumas and to develop a deep connection to one's own body and heart.

Ayurveda
Therapists

Sani and Sathi come from a traditional Ayurvedic family in Kerala, whose healing knowledge has been passed down for generations. Their roots lie in the classical Ayurvedic Kalari tradition, which combines medical therapy, bodywork, and energetic knowledge.

Their family's Ayurvedic knowledge traces back to their grandfather – a highly respected Ashta Vaidya specializing in Marma therapy, Kalari treatment, and Mantra Chikitsa. This knowledge was passed down to their father and uncle, and eventually to Sani and Sathi themselves. They grew up with Ayurveda, were trained in it from a young age, and practiced it for many years in India.

A central component of their work is the use of their own traditionally prepared herbal medicine, which is incorporated into treatments. All applications are based on careful individual assessment and follow the classical principles of Ayurvedic teachings.

For Sani and Sathi, Ayurveda is not a learned system, but a lived practice – supported by experience, precision and responsibility towards a healing tradition that is thousands of years old.
